Born in Thailand, Vicky’s passion for food comes from her mother. Traditional Thai cooking is taught at home. Every mother is a “teacher” and family recipes are passed down from one generation to the next. Meals are always shared family affairs and are an important part of Thai cultural heritage.
Vicky brings that culture to her home, family and friends in the Medford, Oregon area with an exceptional combination of exotic, sweet, tangy and peppery spices, fresh ingredients, and stunning presentations to everything she creates…and most who try it are hooked for life. Vicky is finally fulfilling her dream of bringing the true Thai experience to Southern Oregon.
Vicky is a loving wife and mother of four children. When not cooking, Vicky enjoys tennis, coaching soccer and spending time with friends.
